Update: SOLD!
Our pocket listing located at 47 E Orange Street in Chagrin Falls was featured in the Historic Homes issue of Currents magazine May 2019.
In 1876, Charles Force and his wife Marilla built a home for retirement at 47 E Orange St. An existing smaller home – 48 E Cottage St – built by Ebenezer Hopkins between 1845-1847, was moved to the back of the lot and turned to face E Cottage St. As a historical aside, Charles Force was the owner of the Chagrin Falls Woolen Mills at Whitesburg Pond.
Both of these homes (47 E Orange and 48 E Cottage) are being sold together for $1,775,000. Contact the Karen Eagle Group for more information or for a private tour of this historic home.
