Karen was an enormous help to us as we went through the process of purchasing our first home. She was very responsive by email or text message, responding within a few minutes to an hour even after hours and on weekends. She had an excellent knowledge of the areas we were looking into and was able to combine that with our specific needs to create a list of great houses to view. She also set up viewings for us at houses we selected on our own. She made viewing the houses fun and provided plenty of advice on what to look for in the specific neighborhoods as well as each house. She helped decipher some of the real estate lingo so we could understand the listings and even provided impromptu history lessons on different wiring set ups and architectural oddities. When we decided on a home, she helped us negotiate for a lower sale price and managed to get us to closing in 6 weeks! She was instrumental in navigating all the inspections and closing conditions and whenever a problem arose, she would let us know with a solution already prepared. Karen was wonderful to work with and it was clear she cared about finding the perfect home for us. And she did!

I was a first time home buyer and Karen came highly recommended from multiple sources. One week prior to my closing date, there was a fire in a unit in the condominium that created water damage in my unit. Long story short, the close date was pushed back 2 months to finish all the repairs from the damage. During that process, Karen was incredibly helpful. The best part about Karen is that she understands real estate so well, that she was able to foresee potential issues and address them right away.
