One week prior to my closing date, there was a fire in a unit in the condominium that created water damage in my unit. Long story short, the close date was pushed back 2 months to finish all the repairs from the damage. During that process, Karen was incredibly helpful. She walked me through the entire process and answered all of my questions. The best part about Karen is that she understands real estate so well, that she was able to foresee potential issues and address them right away.
