Karen was great. When we first met her in the fall of 2017 and mentioned that we may be interested in selling our house in mid 2018, she immediately had a crew over to the house to stage it and take photos. This was great because we actually listed it for sale in the early February when nothing was in bloom, but we had all of the great phots that she had taken. Karen really new the market and competitive landscape well. In the end, we got a very fair price for the house.

We met Karen on a recruiting trip, then when we decided to move to Cleveland we asked her to be our agent. She was amazing. In a 2 day house hunt she arranged 14 visits to good homes. She’d researched them all and knew the the ‘what’ and ‘how’ of just about all of them. Her local knowledge and experience also helped her give us the ‘why’ in a lot of cases. When it came to bidding on our house, she was a great guide, and we got to a good price with ease. The whole process of our closing was done remotely, as we still hadn’t made it to Cleveland. She couldn’t have been more helpful - met the inspector, gave advice on many topics, and put our minds at ease over and over. We couldn’t recommend her enough!

Karen was excellent to work with. We hope to stay put for the foreseeable future, but if things change we would most definitely ask Karen to help us again.

Karen is FANTASTIC. She worked with my husband and me from afar and, before we even met in person, she really seemed to want to learn what type of home we wanted and work within our budget. She helped us find a wonderful house in the perfect location, and she helped us secure the home for a good price. Even after finding the house, she helped us find amazing people to help make our house our home. She is an excellent real estate agent but, more than that, she is a kind and warm person.
