Karen kept us very well informed about the status of showings and feedback. She also provided us the benefits of a stager who really helped us make a few strategic decisions and changes to get the house sold in our price range. I recommend Karen to any seller, but especially a higher end seller as those are buyers she has good rapport with.

Karen was on it. She and her staff took care of carpet cleaning and getting estimates for modifications. Her market analysis was right on. She aggressively got showings for our home that other realtors were not able to make happen. She worked late on New Year's Eve and into New Year's Day in order to get the contract signed. Wow.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed working with Karen to find our first house. Karen is a true professional - punctual, responsive, and incredibly knowledgeable. She was on time for all appointments, extremely accommodating of our busy schedules, and very instrumental in helping us truly understand each step of the home buying process. Karen was respectful of our budget and showed us several properties within our range so that we would be sufficiently aware of our purchasing power. The rating would have been excellent if not for the fact that Karen represented the buyers of our home as well as representing us. My husband and I were surprised that this practice is allowed. It's hard to believe that a realtor can be completely neutral in this arrangement. We don't think that the dual representation is in either the sellers or buyers best interest and would not enter in to that situation again.
