It was a pleasure to work with Karen on what is usually a very stressful process. She is very honest in her appraisal and opinions about marketing your home. She always has a positive outlook on any situation that arises. We were forced to deal with an "emotional" early buyer that was constantly "in and out". Karen is a rare find within this industry. She keeps a level head at all times, doesn't get ruffled, and gets along well with her colleagues (a rarity). She worked very hard to sell our home and was a good listener. If I had anything negative to say, it's that she sometimes doesn't tell you ALL she's doing for you on an ongoing basis. I think she could toot her own horn much more. But she is a class act and we always felt she had our backs. Karen would also step-in and support us in ways that were beyond her normal job duties. I never felt badly asking her either. Overall, I give her a big thumbs-up!
