Where to begin? Karen Eagle and team were superstars from the beginning to the very end of our purchase. Karen was always on top of every listing for us and making sure we got exactly what we wanted. She was patient, picky with homes/areas, knowledgeable, and most importantly a strong closer. Once we finished the purchase we moved on to work with Cheryl and Maddie. I can’t remember a time where either one of them didn’t almost text me back immediately. Always on point and ready to answer any questions and most importantly they were enthusiastic and friendly. Cheryl did an AMAZING job negotiating all of our must haves and we received much more than we expected as she was tough and wouldn’t budge with the sellers.

As newcomers to Cleveland, understanding the market was a challenge. Liz Murphy at Karen Eagle made this process very easy. She was able to help us get a handle on the areas from Cleveland and Shaker Heights to Chagrin Falls, Bainbridge, and everywhere in between. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the market, proactive, extremely accommodating (e.g., FaceTiming walk throughs that we couldn't make in-person), kind, and responsive.
