What a market to look for a house!?! I had moved to the area about 3 years ago for work and was renting and it was time to look for a house and settle down. Now first I was pretty open to a lot of different areas and Karen was great to learn more about all the different areas. Then though when it came to the house and yard I was a lot more picky. My biggest request was I wanted some land and a house that was a retreat getaway after work but still was great to have friends and family over. Now when not many houses are popping up, especially as you get more picky, Karen was great at managing the requests and giving me options when they were slim. We looked for over 3 months but I wasn't in a hurry as much as in search of the best place. Then from somewhere great Karen finds the perfect place, got me right in there to check it out and helped make it happen! Karen through this whole process was very accommodating to all my questions, wants and needs. For a while I didn't know if it was going to happen and started to wonder if I would have to relax some of my wants but she always assured me it would happen when the time was right and she was there to help make it happen. I'm so glad we stuck with it and I'm so happy with my purchase! I appreciate all her advice, her recommendations for a broker and house inspector they all seemed right on point! So professional, understanding, and knowledgeable and would definitely recommend Karen to anyone looking to buy or sell!
