Karen was great!

Buying and selling a home can be an emotional rollercoaster. For us, Karen’s demeanor of calm and warmth made both transactions, buying and selling, good experiences. There were several hurdles in selling our property which required time and patience in resolving. Karen kept us current with all the developments and acted on our behalf with professionalism and grace. We have highly recommended her to our friends.

Karen was highly recommended to us, and did not disappoint! The house was close to "showing ready" when she first visited us... but she had some excellent suggestions prior to picture taking. Our listing went live on a Sunday afternoon, and by that Wednesday evening we were discussing with Karen which of the three offers we should accept. Ok, you're thinking.... it is a hot market.... same thing would have happened with any agent. Well...... First deal fell through over a lousy home inspection. Another offer was immediately generated, and accepted -- out of town buyers who bought based on their agent's skype showing. That deal fell through over the same ridiculous inspection issue. I tore the basement ceiling down and brought in an engineer to prove that there was not a structural issue. Meantime, Karen brought us another buyer. One can easily imagine the emotional ups and downs we experienced. Here are the things about Karen that make her such a pro -- regardless of the "hotness" of the market. Always in communication, always following through, always optimistic while being realistic, always holding her client's needs and desires above all others.
